Booker & Best schedule change with Service Connect

Hastings based Repairs contractor Booker & Best have moved to Service Connect for appointment booking and dynamic scheduling for their 50+ operatives. A hugely experienced dynamic scheduling team led by Andrew Povey handled the migration without any external support and went live without any noticeable disruption to the service. The driver for change was having a single system for both scheduling and mobile working, with cost being a key factor, Service Connect costing less than the on-going maintenance costs of the already owned on-premise system.
